Happy Easter

This week, we have centred our learning around Easter. We explored the Easter story and created egg designs using our knowledge of pre-writing patterns and shapes, carefully cutting them out to practise our scissor skills. We have been focusing on holding scissors correctly, using a comfortable grip (fingers on the bottom, thumb on top, elbow down) and turning the paper with the other hand. The Nursery children have made great progress with this since the start of the year. Well done, everyone!
