Pre-writing pattern fun

We have been working hard on developing our pencil grip and control through pre-writing shapes and patterns, including lines, circles, and zigzags. The children explored these on large paper, strengthening their fine motor skills. Our work was inspired by the paintings of Henry Matisse and Yayoi Kusama, which we explored in maths earlier in the week.
