Remembrance Day

This week we have been talking about Remembrance Day and the importance of poppies. We made poppies in lots of different ways; we used glue and red tissue paper, chalk/pastels/pens on paper, cut out printed poppies and explored red play dough.

We have also been very interested in the topic of firemen and fire engines! We built fire engines with large wooden blocks and made our own ones to take home through junk modelling.
