Treasure Hunt!

This term, in Geography, we have been working on our mapping skills.

The children all received a map of the school and drew a route from the classroom to where they wanted to hide their treasure. Then, using directional language, they had to write instructions on how to find the treasure.

Following this, the children swapped maps and ventured off to find each other's hidden treasure using their compasses, maps and instructions.
