Ancient Egyptians

Year 3 have been learning about the incredible discovery made by Howard Carter in 1922 when he found the tomb of Tutankhamun. They have been trying to imagine what he would have seen when he finally opened the tomb and saw the treasures stored in there.

Some of the words we used were marvellous, golden, shimmery, detailed and extraordinary to describe what was found.
