Buddy Letters

Last week, Year One learnt all about the postal service and how post is delivered. We wrote letters to their buddies in Year Five and with great excitement, walked to the post office to post them. We bought our stamps from the postmaster and eagerly posted our letters in the box and finally... some have started to arrive! We hope that our buddies will write back to use as we are very proud of our writing. We are now looking forward to starting a new text all about a mouse who also delivers letters...
