Chalk art in the sunshine

Hello Nursery,

I hope you are well and finding some exciting things to do! I've really enjoyed seeing your photos on the school Facebook page recently. It's wonderful to see how you all are and I was very impressed with your baking skills - those numicon biscuits looked delicious!

In school this week, we've been exploring lots of activities but had an especially artistic time this morning when creating our 'rainbow Mondrian path pieces'. We've added a few of our own shapes and colours to Mondrian's style - they look really effective don't they?! We certainly enjoyed creating them in the sunshine before sharing a story outside too... Has anyone attempted this shape challenge at home?
