Circus fun

Last week we completed our reader's theatre performances. We worked together towards our common goal of creating an awe inspiring performance.Please click below to view a few of them.

We wrote our own poems describing how three acrobats performed under the big top. We tried hard to use adverbial phrases in our work.

Whoosh

Three dancers gracefully twirling and spinning onto the smooth dark stage

Curling and tucking, tucking and curling through their shining silver hoops.

Fearlessly dancer rose into the sky

Disappearing

The crowd went silenced until the graceful dancers reappeared

Twirling

Three graceful acrobats glided up into the air.

 Curling and twisting in their sparkling hoops.

Dangling as they formed amazing shapes for the crowd

 They cheered and clapped as the lights went out.
