Crucial Crew

This week, Year 6 had a fantastic opportunity to learn valuable life skills and discover how to stay safe in a variety of situations. With support from an ambulance crew, the British Transport Police, local police officers, and other community organisations, the children took part in a range of engaging and informative sessions.

They learned how to perform CPR, explored the dangers associated with trains and trespassing, discussed how to stay safe both in public and online, gained awareness of the effects of alcohol, and learned about healthy and unhealthy relationships.

All the children participated enthusiastically—answering questions thoughtfully and asking many insightful ones of their own.

We hope that these important lessons will help them make safe, confident choices and avoid potential risks in the future.
