EXPLORING DIFFUSION AND OSMOSIS

In Science today we were finding out how water and nutrients are transported around the body. To understand the process of diffusion we used skittles and water to observe how the colours moved. We got some great results.

We also used jelly snakes to explore the process of osmosis and predicted that the snakes would expand as some water molecules were absorbed into the snake.
