Fair Trade Taste Testing

Over the half-term holiday, we had to research and bake a loaf cake using Fair Trade ingredients. Today, we tasted the different cakes in groups and measured them against different success criteria. This will help to inform our own design specifications when we begin our product development in the coming weeks. The cakes all looked fantastic and more importantly, tasted delicious!
