Fair Trade in Hitchin

Today we visited Sainsbury's in Hitchin to learn all about Fair Trade products. We compared different products and discovered that they often have comparable prices to non-Fair Trade products. We then interviewed local shoppers to find out whether our local community buys Fair Trade produce regularly and what they understand by Fair Trade.
