Hare Soup!

During Year One's visit to the Hertford archives at the start of the term,  we were taken on a journey of exploration into the social and culinary history of the Radcliffes of Hitchin!  The children had the opportunity to explore a variety of paper documents from the archive relating to food including seed bills, estate maps and a reciept spike.
