London is Burning!

This week we have been focussing more on our understanding of numbers and how we can make numbers in varying ways.

We have been reading 'Fire Cat' and the children have been trying to put themselves into the shoes of our main character, John. They have been really creative with this and have thought carefully about the role our character plays.

In Art the children have been exploring sketching while looking at the types of buildings that would have been around in 1666 and how this links to our local area in Hitchin!
