Our Fruit Solar System

This week, we not only compared the sizes of the planets but the massive distances between them. 

Our Earth was represented by a cherry tomato and the sun by twelve children holding hands in a circle.  The whole solar system stretched from the far end of the field to the swimming pool. Pretty impressive!
