Our Fruit Solar System
Today in science, we took our understanding of the solar system to a new level.
At Bayfordbury Observatory last week, we learn about the relative sizes of different planets. However this week, we not only compared the sizes of the planets but the massive distances between them.
Our Earth was represented by a cherry tomato and the sun by seven children holding hands in a circle. Never the less, the whole solar system stretched from the stage to the reception playground. Pretty impressive!
