Shout Out No to Bullying

As part of the anti-bullying week, the children came to school in odd socks. This was to recognise how unique we are yet so very similar.

Taking 'the socks' theme further, in Year 3 we thought about what we would like to see instead of bullying. We all agreed that we want to see kindness and so we were thinking what acts of kindness look like or should look like in our school. We put all those ideas on one side of the sock.

We then were brainstorming ideas on how to stop a bully if we see one. We came to a conclusion that we should be an Up-Stander not a By-Stander. We showed how to be an Up-Stander on the other side of the sock.
