Spring is on the Way

Reception have been busy discussing the changes we are beginning to see around us as Winter finishes and Spring begins. We have noticed lots of daffodils and snowdrops beginning to bloom and have been enjoying the glimmers of sunshine and milder temperature we have seen this week.

"The trees have beautiful blossom. It looks like fluffy marshmallows!"

"My favourite flowers are daffodils. We have them in our garden. They are yellow like the sun."

"In my Nanny's pond, there is lots of frogspawn. It will soon turn into frogs."

"I have found lots of insects. They are waking up and coming out now its not icy."
