The Green Man

It has been a delight having so many of Year 6 back in school this week.

On Friday group 6A explored the mythology of The Green Man. The Green Man is a legendary being primarily interpreted as a symbol of rebirth representing the cycle of new growth that occurs every spring. It is commonly created with leaves. Here are some of our Green Men we created during our outdoor learning session.

If you haven't joined us in school this week you can create your own green man in your garden at home or in a park. Have fun!
