VE Day Celebrations

Hello Year 2,

I hope you are all safe and well. On Friday 8th May 2020, it will be VE Day which stands for Victory in Europe Day. VE Day is a very special day as it marks 75 years since the end of World War 2 in Europe. This brought peace and the end of the fighting so it was a happy time to celebrate. You may want to celebrate in your house or garden on Friday, you could even throw a little party. If you click on the link below, there is bunting, window decorations and cake toppers which you could decorate! You could bake a cake or dance to some happy music. However you celebrate VE day this year, I hope you have lots of fun!
