What happens to our dirty water?

During our geography lessons we have been thinking about the importance of water and what would happen if we didn't have a clean water supply. We have also been thinking about what would happen if we didn't dispose of our dirty water or sewage safely.

On Tuesday, Mr Parker very kindly took us on a tour of the school to highlight the places where clean water enters our school and how sewage is carried away from our school. 

Elsie said, "It made me think about where my waste water goes. I don't usually think about that sort of thing. It was very interesting."

Amber added, "It was cool to go in the boiler room. I didn't know we had one. It made me think about where all the pipes went to."
