What kind of world did Jesus want?

Year 3 have been thinking about what kind of world Jesus wanted us to live in. We were lucky enough to have Father Ian visit us so that we could ask him questions about his role as a vicar. Year 3 asked him some very tricky questions, such as: 

 If you were there when Jesus was gathering his disciples, would you have been surprised that Peter and Andrew followed Jesus? Ivy

If you were alive at the same time as Jesus, do you think he would have chosen you to be one of his disciples? Erin

Do you think you are a fisher of people? Violet

Father Ian spent an hour answering our questions which helped all of Year 3 to understand more about what kind of world Jesus wanted and all of our roles in achieving that.
