We have been looking at wonderful women from history in our topic this week. The children have engaged so much with this that we are weaving it into other areas of our curriculum. 

This week our focus has been on Noor Inayat Khan and Amelia Earhart. Two very different women, both of whom have inspired generations of girls. Year 2 have shared the knowledge they have and loved the learning of new facts about these women.

It has been a great start to the topic and we are looking forward to learning about various other inspirational women.
