Writing as a pyramid worker

The children continued their learning in literacy on recounts this week, with activities including hot-seating to get into the character of an ancient Egyptian pyramid worker. This linked to our history where we looked at the process of mummification, and the reasons why the ancient Egyptians followed this fascinating ritual!
